I graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies and as a proud mom of two amazing kids, I know the importance of balancing life with health and wellness. A little over two years ago, I decided to turn my passion for health and fitness into a career, becoming a certified personal trainer at F45 Murrieta North.

My name is Shanna Jackson, and I am a mother of two boys and a board certified licensed health care provider. I have worked in the medical field since 2002 and have grown within the field as I transitioned into different disciplines and roles upon completion of my Bachelors, Masters and doctoral degrees. 

In addition to my professional career and degrees, I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Youth Exercise Specialist and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach.  Being able to blend my professional and fitness certifications has allowed me to be a more efficient provider and coach to my patients and clients. 

 

Fitness is a major part of my lifestyle as well as my sons.  They are travel baseball players,and I am a nationally qualified bikini bodybuilder on the journey to obtaining professional status. I am a certified Personal trainer, Adaptive & Inclusive fitness trainer, Silver Sneaker certified trainer and certified in Advanced Sports Performance Nutrition. I offer online and in person training. I coach young athletes all the way to elderly and disabled individuals. From beginner to advanced athletes, and everything in between, I value every individual, no matter their ability level.

 

I enjoy helping people and I also teach a mental toughness/personal development course for young athletes. I believe in balancing mental and physical health in order to reach one’s full potential. 

 

I was a competitive Gymnast for 14yrs and then competed as a collegiate Diver for 4yrs. I have also competed as a Natural Wellness Bodybuilder and a Novice Strongman competitor. Being an athlete most of my life, has built a foundation and a passion for all things health and fitness.

 

Fitness helped me overcome trauma and pushed me to become the best version of myself both mentally and physically!

Hello, my name is Samantha Ann! I’ve been a coach for 5 1/2 years, competed in two bodybuilding shows and absolutely love to eat! 

I’ve moved around a lot most of my life and have always been active and have dabbled in some sports. However, I fell in love with modeling. Wanting to become a model is the reason I got into getting a coach, but God had bigger plans.  


Not only now did I find my purpose but being a coach, I was able to find value not only in myself, but I get the opportunity to help amazing women transform their health and find more value within themselves as well as finding nutritional habits that work best for them and their lifestyle and building up the confidence within themselves. 

The services I offer are fat loss with muscle gain , wellness posing,  building muscle mass for a show, mobility and flexibility, training, and nutritional advice/tips

I have coaching availability up to six days a week Sunday through Friday 5:30 AM until 7 PM

My name is Jessica Calderon Cortinas, I am a single mother of 3 boys, a nurse, CPT, and a bodybuilder stepping on stage for the first time. 


I have always been an athlete in competitive sports since I was 7, had an opportunity to get a scholarship for softball to the university of my dreams but I became a mother. Obstacles in the road have never truly set me back, because I have always picked up the pieces and kept fighting for myself. 


Recently went through some life changes that tested my resilience tremendously, but with God by my side I was able to come across the right people to get the love I have for fitness again. He lit a fire under me, and I pray to be able to show other women, mothers, or anyone that whatever happens in life we are able to still persevere. Like my dad says to me straighten up little warrior princess we have work to do.

My journey has been from a perspective and lens of the normal family woman with many hats. Time and time again I’ve failed, I’ve been mediocre, and I’ve succeeded in my personal health and fitness journey so I know what it feels like to struggle with life’s routines and balance. Health and fitness is a lifestyle and it not a one size fits all but, it is such an important part of our daily routine and I know what it feels like to get up in the morning, raise a family, work multiple careers, and then get in the gym because exercise and overall health is part of life’s equation to success.

I have seen how daily choices, routine, and cultural habits can impact longevity and decreased mortality rate within my own family, extended families, and community. How preventable diseases have increased within the Polynesian and South Pacific people, and how we are at the top 10 people with the highest obesity rate in the world. As a Samoan American I’ve always felt a responsibility to promote health and fitness. Because we are a small demographic in the US, there isn’t enough representation of health and fitness in my community. All of these factors have been the motivating factor in my journey to promote and influence healthy lifestyles to not only my own community but, to all individuals that want to chase strength, discipline, and habits that overall increase quality of life and overall longevity.

Jocelyn James is a dedicated student-athlete, advocate for mental wellness, and proud BeFit brand ambassador. As a competitive softball player with years of experience in high-level tournaments, Jocelyn uses her platform to inspire young athletes—especially girls of color—to pursue their passions with confidence, resilience, and excellence. With a strong Christian faith and a deep sense of purpose, she aims to represent strength, discipline, and authenticity both on and off the field. Outside of sports, Jocelyn is passionate about sports psychology and athlete wellness.

She is pursuing her education with the goal of supporting athletes not just physically, but mentally—helping them develop tools to manage pressure, build confidence, and perform at their best. Her experience as an athlete fuels her mission to break the stigma around mental health in sports and be a voice of encouragement for others navigating the highs and lows of competitive performance.
